How to make mo'mugi



​Loose Brew Instructions

Cold brew: add 1 tsp to 1 litre of water, chill for 1 hr, enjoy!
​
Hot brew: add 1 tsp to teapot/mug, steep for 3~5 mins, enjoy!

For both hot & cold, experiment and discover what brew times you prefer.
​Longer brew times can help you kick caffeine with a deeper flavour!
Sip on
mo'mugi throughout the day for healthy hydration.

​HOT
​  Toasty soothing hot brew:
  • drop teabag into teapot
  • fill with boiling hot water
  • steep teabag 3~5 mins
  • enjoy a relaxing mo'mugi moment
  • use a water bottle for leftovers and enjoy it on the go or keep in fridge 
​COLD
  Super-refreshing cold brew:
  • drop teabags into 1~2 litres/quarts  of cold water
  • pop in the fridge
  • steep 2~3 hours 
  • pour yourself a tall glass 
  • leave pitcher in fridge to enjoy later and on the go


​*Don’t forget to compost the teabags in your municipal composter
