We're a sister-run business, inspired by a life-changing mugicha experience in Japan. The roasty refreshing taste was like nothing we'd ever tried. It satisfied our thirst and was just as delicious hot as it was cold.
And we loved that it's a drink for all ages, babies and kids included!
So back in British Columbia, it quickly became our go-to drink after snowboarding in the mountains, swimming in Lake Shuswap in the summer, and whenever we needed a delicious thirst-quencher. We basically couldn't live without it.
So we decided to make a local version with the finest organic BC barley, and we were thrilled when the results came in from our taste tests: mo'mugi is smoother and clearer tasting then typical mugicha.
