Shipping policy
Orders take 2-3 days to process and are shipped per single pouch, on Saturdays, via Canada Post. There is no tracking (except for case orders) as we ship via Letter Rate to provide free shipping. Pouches in multiple pouch orders may arrive on different days, in rare cases.
Delivery time is usually 10 business days. However, in rare cases it may take longer.
Please type carefully in the shipping field as address labels are printed directly from your order.
If your order is returned to us due to customer error, you will be charged an extra shipping fee for reshipping to the correct address.
