Please note we do not accept refund requests except in case of product damage.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We have a 30-day refund policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund.
To start a return, contact us at email@example.com. Please note we will require full details and in certain cases, a photo of the product may be requested.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
3-month Subscriptions are non-refundable.
We don’t offer refunds for shipping delays, incorrectly provided addresses, or packages marked delivered but not received.
